Insurance brokerage audit, then inside a top-25 brokerage, watching teams hit the same roadblocks harnessing the data tables in their AMS month after month.
The pattern was always the same. Every month, the same reports had to be rebuilt from the same AMS tables, whichever brokerage was doing the rebuilding. The tools around brokerage finance changed the presentation layer, not the underlying problem: getting a straight answer out of the data still meant someone exporting, joining, and reconciling by hand.
Revori started as an attempt to fix that at the source, working from the actual data structure underneath the AMS and the ledger instead of another dashboard sitting on top of both. Joe Constanti and Pete King joined early, and the three of us have built it the way we'd have wanted it built for us, back when we were the ones doing the monthly rebuild.
